Services/Rates - subject to change without notice, and may vary depending on services required, will be specified in your Pet Sitting Contract.

Standard Visit up to 30 min...$18.00...$14.00 2nd Daily Visit ($32/day)

Extended Visit 31-45 min….$26.00...$21.00 2nd Daily Visit ($47/day)

Extended+ Visit 46-60 min...$33.00...$27.00 2nd Daily Visit ($60/day)

Visits exceeding 60 min. to be priced on an individual basis.  Extra visits in excess of 2 visits per day will be charged at the 2nd daily visit rate.

 

Overnight Pet Sitting…$75 per night for standard overnight service (Arrival by 8:30 PM departure no earlier than 6:00 AM)  Includes PM & AM feed & water, etc.  Additional charges will apply for extended service time & extra services.

Live-In Pet Sitting...$135 per day for standard service (Arrival/Departure time to be determined at booking).  Pet Sitter may come and go several times during the day to service other clients and run errands if needed.

Extra Services:  Mucking stalls and livestock clean up are not a service I offer but may be arranged through a sub contractor, if requested and if  a sub contractor is available.  

Visits include feed & water, administer meds, play time, and if requested, kitty litter box servicing, dog poop scooping (upkeep only), mail & newspaper retrieval, alternating lights and blinds, watering indoor plants.  All prices based on time required to perform requested duties. 

Key Pickup/Return...$9.00…If a special trip is required.  2 sets of Keys should be provided at Meet & Greet.

Key Duplication...2 sets of keys are to be provided to pet sitter.  If only one set is provided there will be a key duplication charge of $8 per key.

Pet Taxi/Errand Running/Supply Shopping…$32.00 per hour + mileage & cost of supplies purchased, Vet fees.

 

Mileage...$0.50/mile round trip per visit if out of service area

HOLIDAY SURCHARGE ~ Add $5.00 per visit during the following HOLIDAYS:  New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Weekend (Saturday & Sunday), Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday, Sunday, Monday), 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend (Saturday, Sunday, Monday), Thanksgiving (Wednesday – Sunday), Christmas (December 23 – 27).

 

Forms of payment accepted are cash, PayPal, and check (payable to: Jodi Montano).  NSF Checks:  $35 fee will be charged for each bounced check.

 

Please schedule services at least 1 – 2 weeks in advance.  We will, however, make every attempt to accommodate last minute and emergency requests.  During holidays and for overnights we suggest at least 2 weeks’ notice.

 

Cancellation or Termination:  Either party may terminate the Pet Sitting Contract a minimum of 1 week prior to the first scheduled visit without incurring penalties or damages.  Termination by Owner 2 – 6 days prior to the first scheduled visit will receive an 80% refund of the total amount due, and within 0 – 48 hours there will be no refund of fees, unless such cancellation is caused by severe weather, death in the family or a medical emergency.

 

Payment Policies:  Payment in FULL is due at Meet & Greet/Booking, no later than 2 weeks before service. Please note that we cannot confirm your booking until payment is received.  Payment for incidental or emergency services payable no later than 24 hrs. of return. 

 

Meet & Greet:  The initial Meet & Greet is complimentary and normally takes 30 - 60 minutes.  There may be a charge for additional meetings.

NO SHARED PET SITS!  We do not share pet sitting duties with friends, neighbors or family members due to liability issues.
